Maybe Kappa wanted to take girls who had less of a party vibe so they could change their rep. Maybe this girl actually wants to party more in college since she'll be on her own for the first time. Maybe she'll be a non-party girl in a stereotypically party house, because as we all know, in a house with ~400 members there are bound to be some girls who party, some who only study, some who are religious, some who aren't, etc. Maybe she just really loved their colors.
