Look at house cost data - or is almost reverse in there of cost versus these retention numbers. Plus something doesn’t add. Each house gets about 135 new pnms in recruitment. If everyone “stayed” four years houses would be 540 members. Yet house run about 400 actives. Just not sure how this is accounted for in these numbers. \n\n\n\n\n
