you also need to take into account that greek life is different for instate girls... for oos girls, sorority life is a way to find a home away from home and get involved. for a lot of instate girls, sorority life is a status thing. some girls may not want to drop because their moms/grandmas who were also in that house would be upset. some girls may not want to drop because they feel like they'd lose all their friends. some girls may not want to drop because it gives them a chip on their shoulder. not everything is so black and white so please don't perpetuate the idea that a bigger house means happier girls.
