I'm pretty sure Alpha Phi broke ground on their new house a few weeks ago, so thats happening as far as I know. Honestly dues will probably continue to go up with all sororities and its going to keep getting more and more competitive! Grades are an easy way for ALL houses to drop you, especially when there are 21,000 girls coming though and each house can only take about 100 new girls. Good luck! Take it all in stride and enjoy every minute! You'll end up where you're supposed to be no matter what.
