Yeah, whether people like it or not, KA is a true UA house with good tradition. I believe the reason OX is included in most top 5's is that they throw good parties that a lot of girls come to. They have their southern guys, but as a whole aren't very southern. Phi Gam is down but they've been getting better since I've been here. Seem like respectable guys to me. I'd put them in my top 10.
