Groups may move within tiers but they never change tiers....just how it is. The good news is that ALL the groups are really strong so you're lucky to get a bid ANYWHERE. I personally love DG and GPB and they are great groups to join with only quality women. Once you're a junior, tiers don't even matter anymore and once you graduate, they REALLY don't matter. Just go Greek!
