Why so many downvotes for this? The girl literally just asked a question that a LOT of Freshman girls have had to consider. Lots of dumb people around here. OP......A lot can happen in four years. On the other hand, depending on what branch of service your boyfriend plans to go into, you'll be apart fairly often. It's probably a good test. Do the things you want to do though, and remind him that he must trust you the same way you trust him. That's pretty much the best you can do! Good luck!
