I am a recruiter of highly skilled professional talent for several large corporations If you beleive that your sorority affiliation matters, bless your heart. It may look good on a resume. But some doing the hiring may not be impressed and perhaps even put off by your affilaiation, particularly If you are going to make a big deal about it. That would be very poor form I find that if the hiring manager had "been Greek" then any Greek affiliation may serve as a bond. Reality is, no one is going to look up your house rank and in the long odds they did, consider that house rank above grades, resume and your personal traits. Occasionally, there is a fluke Greek shared affiliation. It may break a tie among similar candidates. But please everyone, get over the importance of this.
