Every sorority has different policies, but expect heavy cuts. Usually no recommendations and low gpas are the first to go. PLEASE, try to get at least 1 per house! I know I didn't even know where to begin when it came to recommendations but spread the word. As friends, other family members, your parents, church members and former teachers if possible. A recommendation helps us know a bit about y'all when you visit our houses during rush and when we chat with you. And have fun during rush ;)
