Dropping out of rush will not qualify you for a snap bid. Only those who maximized their options, meaning they did not drop any houses that they could have gone to, are eligible. If you were dropped by all houses you will go on the snap bid list. But don't count on a snap bid. They are very, very rare here. Plus for COB, some houses have a once cut always cut rule, so you will not get a second chance at these houses IF they COB.
