Top Tier: 1. Sigma Chi (-) – The current juniors make this the top house, but recent pledge class is concerning. 2. Alpha Delt (+) – Great house, on the rise, good looking rich kids, great PC 3. Sigma Phi (O) – WASPY top house, very preppy, solid PC Upper Tier: 4. DU (+) – Sportier kids, similar atmosphere to Sigma Chi, better PC than Sigma Chi 5. DX (O) – Half fratty, half hipster, took a large pledge class with some weirdos 6. Sigma Pi (-) – WASPY house, rich kids Upper Middle: 7. Phi Psi (+) / Chi Phi (+) – Sporty houses that are similar to state schools 8. Psi U (--) – If they get back on campus, they will still have the top guys as upper classmen Middle: 10–12. FIJI (-) / Lambda (-) – both solid houses, FIJI is more down to earth, Lambda has more of the rich boy vibe 13–16. Phi Sig / PIKE / Sig Nu Lower Middle: 17-18. Sig Ep / ZBT 19 - 20.
