Theta- Theta rightfully deserves the number one spot for PC 15 ONLY. Honestly the rest of the sorority are irrelevant hipster wannabes. They are all nice cute girls though. This year they got well rounded girls and hopefully will be more fun to party with. Kappa- Honestly has to be my favorite house on campus. Last year they got a reputation for only taking jappy trip-state girls, which brought down their rep a lot, but this year they got some of the coolest and most personable freshman. The girls in the house are all around hot and fun to party with. The craziest (by far) yet most down to earth. But they might be losing their coolest Kappas in the graduating class. DG- While PC 15 has some model worthy girls, as a whole, they are not nice people. The pledge class seems very cliquy and pretentious. The junior and senior pledge classes are beautiful and genuinly cool girls, but PC 14' and 15' should be more personable if they want frats to like them. Alpha Phi- I feel bad for this house, their social probation will make it impossible for them to have mixers, formals, etc for a very long time. While the girls seem cute and normal, they are nondescript and rumor has it, none of them preffed alpha phi because they knew they were being lied about the social probation and most were not wanted by other core four houses.
