FYI in most cases if a house already cut you, they won't consider you for a snap bid. They see it as a waste of time (if we didn't want you a week ago, why would we want you now?) This applies to houses who were even under quota. Snap bids and COB are ways of picking up girls who either didn't go through formal recruitment or for girls who dropped out (before getting cut)
