I'm taking "underrated" to mean chill/cool people but not traditionally ranked high. frats: lambda, fiji. also personally i think delta chi should be ranked higher than it always is. sororities: pi phi, tridelt, and aephi have more gems than they're given credit for sometimes, in my opinion, though I wouldn't call them "underrated" because they're usually ranked pretty accurately.
