I don't know about other sororities, but in mine consequences are rarely that severe. Unless your actions are just totally egregious (not sure what that would entail), you basically just get threatened/yelled at by new member educators and such. I would definitely shy away from going to bars/after hours, but house parties? You're probably ok. Just no pictures, don't mention to anyone that you're in a sorority, you know the drill. During dry period last year I went out a lot less and stuck to clubs' parties/rando engineering parties with my cs major friends and it was fine. Some girls DID go to bars, and we got dressed down for that. Also, how dry IS dry period, really? Everyone pregames even if they don't drink at the mixer. Maintaining the appearance of sobriety is much more important than actually being sober all the time. Be cautious, DON'T get yourself/your house in trouble. It's a teeny tiny price to pay.
