No, there are girls every year who get cut from every house by the third round. Houses who are under quota still were selective. Though they were "under quota", and hence, you would think there would be spots for girls, this is misleading. They tended to be more selective early and probably didn't make the best choices in who to cut. In the end, they bidded girls who went to other houses instead. Then they did snap bids to fill up their pcs. Basically, don't let panhel or some girls online lie to you. I know several girls who got cut from every house, or only got called back to azd and dropped. It sucks. It's brutal. Hopefully Phi Mu will help with that .
