Rushing c4, more than being a flex-off, can also just be a lot of effort - it's a game that you have to play. if that's for you, by all means go for it. but if self-proclaimed clout doesn't matter to you as a rush, it's 1000% worth checking at least one or more of these houses ZBT - can be a top choice for Jewish kids who didnt get c4, but as a result obv lacks diversity within the group. house is far from campus. hosts great concerts DX - has been counteracting the "gay frat" allegations with frattier PCs, solid mixing for non c4. signature parties like Del tiki are always decent SPi - recent roadbumps w/ rush and has fallen a bit from its former standing a year ago, but great physical house + annexes for hoco, st pattys etc ChiPsi - goon cracker PiKapp/Lambda (tied) - Both doing well after a rougher sp24/fa25 rush, and both mix as consistently as those above. Lambda is known for being more lax in pledging in the last several semesters SAE - has risen recently due to an immense budget for social events, but known for a questionable rep w/ women and a few indicted brothers. they do have a majestic house, def room to improve Pike - has always been solid during o-week, gets new freshmen's attention bc of annex. This spring had dropped off in quality during rush. will be in a critical position next fall Phi Tau - falling way out of relevancy now. used to be featured in rankings, but often gets left out now. not much else to say here - house is also uncomfortably close to DX Zeta Psi - was Sig Pi's ***** for a semester, but as a result threw a few good parties at their house. definitely potential, but no mixing rep built yet AGR - no explanation needed Sleeper non-mixing fraternity: Delta Kappa Epsilon. Insane budget and house, but squid brotherhood. has all the makings of a good frat if they lock tf in
