Nobody talks about the "bottom" houses on here. Most don't have sorority relations, but a lot of them still have solid brotherhoods and are popular with students not in greek life. "Top" of the bottom: Phi Tau, PSK These guys are below the lower-mid tier fraternities, but they still have solid brotherhoods and are popular with girls from bottom srats. PSK is suspended rn though. Rockledge, Beta, Sammy Although these guys don't have sorority relations, their parties tend to be popular with upperclassmen who aren't in greek life. You'll still get a fraternity experience, just with a sparser social schedule. DKE, Zete These guys are KNOWN for throwing hot, sweaty basement parties that are attended by almost exclusively freshmen. Very popular on North early in the semester, but have a harder time keeping interest up as rush starts and freshmen lose interest. DTD, Acacia, AEpi, KDR, Phi Delt, Ksig, These guys all sort of stick to themselves. They throw parties occasionally, but it's really just the guys and their friends. AGR Farmer/ag guys. If you're in that circle, you'll love them. S&S + AZ These are co-ed social organizations that have houses. Fun if you're looking for that sort of thing.
