SAE has done a great job putting out there that they’re a wealthy frat with tons of alumni money. But the fact is they once owned Hillcrest, ran out of money, and were forced to sell it to Cornell. That’s the opposite of being a wealthy frat. Sig Pi and Llenroc own their houses.
