There’s a lot of flux happening this year in the range of numbers 9 thru 23. There’s a bunch of frats don’t want to hear it but it’s true. This ranking does a decent job at estimating where things are right now. The changes will continue over the next two years. @rushes: if you’re looking at specific houses in this range you would be smart to figure out if they’re on an upward trend, downward trend, or treading water. Because things really are in flux now for the first time in years.
