no not all sororities do COB. it depends on how much space they have available frequently these sororities do have fall rush: pi phi, axo, tri delt, phi sig, kd and aephi(sometimes, but lately they havent) also fall rush takes a very small amount of girls, usually 5 or less, so i wouldnt depend on this
