all solid mid-tier houses along with PiKapp. Heard all of them had solid classes for spring and fall 2020. Slightly different vibes from what I know: PhiTau is mostly chillers, love to throw down in their large backyard. Pike has a larger brotherhood with a variety of guys, love to do Pike-themed events. PSK has a pretty nice house, love to host multiway-mixers for the other mid-tier fraternities. Still recovering a bit from social-probation tho.
