Updates: Top--- Sig Phi should be swapped with DU Upper--- Remove Phi Psi, and put DKPsi in middle Upper Mid--- Most of the debate is in this tier... Chi Psi should be with Chi Phi. TDX should be in upper mid, and Fiji should be top of mid. DX, Llenroc, and Lambda had issues a couple years ago, but they've recovered. Mid--- Pi Kapp and ZBT have held their ground, but Phi Sig should be lower mid Lower Mid--- Leave only Pike and Sammy. Remove Sig Ep.
