I see a lot of people complain that certain sororitys aren’t diverse, and they often aren’t. Clearly racism can be a factor at play. But if you’re constantly telling minority girls how not diverse a sorority is and how “left out” they’ll feel if they join, how exactly do you expect that to change? The reasonable thing to expect is those girls will think “oh. That is not the house for me” and continue to join more diverse houses while the other houses don’t change. I could be wrong
