1) you’re not in a frat. I am actually in a middle tier frat and here are my 2 cents so you get some clarity on what frats really think. Pi Phi, shows up to absolutely nothing. We have events scheduled with them, do they come? No. So I couldn’t even tell you how attractive or nice they are because they aren’t there. My friends in upper houses say their attendance isn’t that great either, so I guess it’s not just our frat. TriDelta comes at higher margins than Pi Phi, but is still spotty. They also aren’t good looking on average. The guys in my frat that like tridelt like them because they have close friends in it, but no one thinks they’re outstandingly attractive. Their socials have also been EXTREMELY rude and stuck-up to my socials, which again is ridiculous because we don’t even prioritize them that much. AZD is the only house of those 3 that routinely shows up, doesn’t act social climby or stupid, and is attractive. I’ve seen a single girl (in the last year) at AZD that wasn’t attractive while literally everyone else has been cute, down-to-earth, and most of all- there.
