Here it is: Sig Chi Sig Phi AD (recent pcs have been weird but they still have a ton of money and a very nice house which have been holding up their rank.) DU Sig Pi (not upper tier but significantly better than Chi Phi) Chi Phi Chi Psi (probably one of the most hated frats on campus by other frats just because they try so hard and care so much) Fiji (been recently declining.
