Sig phi has terrible rep. They haven’t had a good party in over a year, every other top house hates them, and they relied on fall rush after only getting 4 freshman last spring, but were only able to secure two bids in the fall so they admitted defeat and didn’t take a pc. Their homecoming party was dry even. Who tf writes these rankings
