As a person who's been to most of the houses on the list, I cannot help but disagree. Alpha Delta Phi / Chi Psi - Huge and beautiful and both in good spots. Psi Upsilon / Sigma Phi Society / Llenroc / Sammy (SAE) / DKE - Each of these houses are beautiful and have their own strengths and weaknesses. Sigma Chi / DU / DX / FIJI / TDX / Lambda - Beautiful houses with more apparent issues Sigma Pi - Pretty underwhelming house whose "beach" and location are its saving graces. Inside is nice enough though. Phi Sig / Pi Kapp / Pike / Phi Tau / ZBT All small and underwhelming. Don't know enough about the rest.
