Okay. You're just dumb. I'm not sure how else to say that. Sure, there are sororities that did it because they couldn't fill their pledge class. But any sorority can do COB, simply because they want to see who they missed out, or fill their house. Judging a sorority based on if they did COB or not is probably one of the stupidest things I've ever heard.
