Ok- it’s seems like forever waiting for that email but it will come to you. If I remember correctly I was given a list by panhel of houses who were going to look into COB and I wrote to the ones I was interested in. I explained who I was, when and why I dropped (very briefly) and that I wanted to try the process out of the craziness of rush. Then they were free to contact me to set something up. That’s how it was for me anyway- not sure if they follow the same system from year to year. It felt like a super slow process but looking back it was actually really fast and I started going to events so quickly the new member class had no idea I hadn’t been there the whole time, since the groups are so big. But each day waiting felt like a month lol
