Yes, I’m in a mid -literally dead middle- house. I did COB two years ago after dropping out of rush because I was so overwhelmed I couldn’t decide. I never even opened my invites on the third day, I just left. A few days after bid day (it felt like longer) I was contacted. I was actually really surprised to see the houses that were experimenting with open bidding. I met up with some sisters in a small group of other COB people. Not everyone gets all the way through, but I’m happy to say I did. You have to be yourself, friendly and outgoing and really make an effort. It’s very different than rush. Go for it.
