Coming from a girl who has friends in these houses this is my opinion which I think is widely shared. I tried to remain as objective as possible. Coolest Freshman:Hard to tell as of now, but most people think its sig chi, however some kids may drop since every one found out they do the elephant walk Coolest Sophomores:Sig Chi, Sig Phi Alpha Delt, DU's fall class (This is just a general consensus. Sig Chi did well, Sig phi did well, Alpha delt did really well. DU's sophomore class was meh but they got a really cool fall sophomore class which makes up for it.) Coolest Juniors:Sig phi, Sig Chi, DU (sig phi has a great junior class objectively, a lot of pretty boys but all pretty cool, DU's junior class is very different from their senior class but cool in a different way. Sig Chi's class was decent. Alpha Delt got one or two cool kids but in general was a lot weaker) Coolest Seniors: DU, Alpha Delt, Sig phi (DU really swept this year and got 5 of the most wanted/popular kids which helped keep their house relevant and made them a top house since they were friends with pretty much every one. Alpha Delt also got an incredible class. Some of the Du and AD seniors rushed together which helped build the close relationship between the two houses. Sig phi got 2-3 really cool kids, but other kids in this pc were nothing special. Sig Chi got a horrible PC other than like 3 kids, you can tell none of them were cool in high school but became cool simply because they are in sig chi. This was an important year because Psi U got kicked off, which made room for DU to become a top house with their new PC I don't really have friends in the other houses, so I can't give an accurate analysis.
