it depends on the frat and how big their spring PC was. So like a frat like DU, who had a small spring PC, would take a fall PC as they've done in recent years. A frat like Phi Psi might use fall rush as an opportunity to get to know sophomores they want to join the house in spring. And there're some frats, like Chi Psi, that will take a fall PC regardless of the size of spring PC, just to deepen the house.
