If you rush in the fall, the only frat in the top 10 that takes a fall PC consistently is DU. Some of the others are registered for fall rush but don’t usually take a PC. If you rush in the spring, your odds are slightly below average due to being a sophomore and not coming from a fancy school.. Sig Chi usually takes quite a few sophomores in their spring PC, not sure about others. If you try to rush a good house without knowing anybody your odds are pretty slim.
