I mean it’s obviously all about where you fit in but the ranking is generally in terms of looks, overall popularity, mixing schedule, social events, and general vibe of the brotherhood. Top ranked doesn’t necessarily mean it’s better, just that it performs better and all the things listed. But like houses in the same tier come down to a matter of preference. Like the difference between AD and Sig chi in terms of ranking is basically zero, but the brotherhoods are very different. Hope this helps
