Phi psi is a good frat, but definitely not top tier. ZBT is not its own tier, and Pike is 100% not on line with phi sig. If anything they should be with phi tau and Pi kapp in a tier below phi sig, chi psi and llenroc. Finally, thumpty is not below acacia and kappa alpha (are they even on campus???).
