I don't know where you have this "I can definitively decide that all frats are not great for some reason" attitude from, but that's such a painfully overgeneralized statement I feel the need to rip you on it. You're widely stereotyping top/upper frats; clearly there are some elitist houses but to claim they're all elitist idiots is an insult to the 90% of those brothers who really aren't.
