Some, not all, frats will Fall rush and take smaller fall pledge classes of transfers and upperclassmen (no freshman). Fall PCs are usually in the range of 4-10, much smaller. Typically higher tier houses won't do this, usually lower and middle tier houses. The process for rush in the fall has changed each year as IFC tries to find a schedule they like. I'm your best bet is to go to the meet the Greeks event that happen in the fall as well as a few smokers and try and find some guys in houses you like that are fall rushing to let you know when their rush events are for the Fall, since a lot of the Fall rush process is unofficial.
