The new PC are generally cool and go hard. The house is certainly getting better, showcased by beating out DU in rush this year. However you would also hardly see a kid go Phi Psi over the other good houses. They need to be on the look out next semester because one bad PC will set them back to zero. Their social schedule is what's lacking(no core 4 would mix with Phi Psi for slope day even for their location) and currently keeps them below DU DX Sig Pi and others. Also they would be so much better off if they didn't self promote so much, IMO that kind of ruins it for them.
