When you look at the Middle tier frats, there's such a huge dropoff from Lambda/Fiji to Pike and the rest that I feel like you need an actual Upper Tier, move the ones you've got as Upper Middle to there, and move Lambda/Fiji up to Upper Middle. Otherwise this is more or less right
