Those are pretty old. In short Phi Sig is kinda fratty and Phi Tau is more on the chill side. Both are solid middle tier. Kappa Sig and Phi Delt notably less cool and more irrelevant but are also down to earth and have some good guys. Definitely both lower tier. Imo: Phi Tau > Phi Sig >>> Kappa Sig > Phi Delt
