1. Sig Chi/Sig Phi/Alpha Delt/DU - DU is solidly more popular and fun than the frats you grouped them with originally. 2. DX/Sig Pi 3. Psi U - DX and Sig Pi are solidly more involved, popular and enjoyable than Psi U. Being "exclusive" AKA only taking 5 people based completely on wealth doesn't make them a good frat.
