I'm from Richmond and have many many friends in JMU ATO, a little less in USC ATO. From a tier perspective ATO is top house at JMU and ATO is probably at the bottom of the lower tier at USC. Regardless though USC greek life way more selective, involved and fun than at JMU so you'll still probably enjoy it. If I'm not wrong JMU ATO is kind of yankee/NoVA bro type guys? Kind of Pi kapp or Chi Psi esque, they both have a lot of VA kids.
