I think it's pretty self explanatory that they "don't exist here" (even though I don't think that's entirely true) and they are still considered better than the bottom tier fraternities... probably because all the bottom tier fraternities are new w/in 5 years (ps if you say your bottom tier fraternity has been here longer your just embarrassing yourselves more bc no one cares / knew that). When y'all have been here for 20 years, then come back and start sayin stuff like that. But OP was 100% spot on.
