Pi Kapp most fun overall and they aren't elitist (they will hang out with most sororities). Fun to party with or go DT with. Chi Psi has the biggest and wildest parties. Upper tier a little more snobby if you aren't a top tier girl, but I do like Kappa Sigma - they are nice guys and tons of fun. Pike deserves their rep.
