Sometimes if you have friends in another sorority you might go to mixers with them, but that's more of an upperclassmen thing / privilege when the rest of the sorority knows and likes you. Not all sororities are like that but I have friends in all of them and there is on that I will occasionally tag along with or vice versa - mixers meaning the unofficial parties. Otherwise, some sororities do group swaps with multiple sororities, but I'm not sure of any of the bottom tiers that do that.
