In my chapter, we ignore personal reasons based on things like dating your ex-boyfriend or stuff along those lines. But girls will step forward and express concern for people who we are concerned about letting into our sisterhood. So if you had a really bad reputation in high school and we are nervous about having you wear our letters or if someone is just really catty and mean, then we will trust in our sisters and either drop you or keep it in mind for future cuts. If you have an amazing conversation during a round though, in our chapter that girl can speak up on your behalf and "save" you.
