Speaking for my own chapter, if a sister has personal reasons for disliking a PNM (who is otherwise liked by her sisters) she can go to the chapter's recruitment team and state her case for why she does not want a particular PNM invited back. The recruitment team then decides what to do. Similarly, if a sister wants to keep a PNM who is due to be cut, she can go to the recruitment team and state her case for keeping that PNM. Someone would have to hate or love a PNM to take these steps as each sister is limited to 1 of each per recruitment.
