Here is how i think the fraternities are lined up coming into this year TOP TIER- Upper- Sigma Chi, Kappa SIg Mid-SAE, KA, SNU This is where the gap is. The above are the top 5 frats and they can be interchanged a bit but this is how i see them. After them, there is a huge gap between the classiness and the reputation they have.
