I'd put Theta Chi & Fiji with Pike & DKE. Sigma Chi who is in GV is probably below all 4 but they'll get a lot better over the next few years just because of their house alone. these 5 have a lot of potential: Phi Delt Phi Tau AEPi ASig Delt the rest I'd stay away from.
